Phishing Scams Involving Text Messages

Recently there have been reports of Phishing Scams involving text messages. These messages advise customers that their debit cards have been deactivated and asks them to contact the bank at specific phone numbers.

Please be advised, this text message is not being sent from The Bank of Charlotte County. If you receive this text or any other communication that seems suspicious and asks for personal account information, please delete it immediately.

The Bank of Charlotte County would never seek to obtain personal account information in such a manner.
